What data do we collect?

We collect the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, Address, Email address, phone number)

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide WCSP with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Voluntarily complete an online form to register your interesting in volunteering
  • Provide your email address for the purpose of joining our mailing list
  • Voluntarily complete a paper copy of a volunteer form

How will we use your data?

WCSP collects your data so that we can:

  • Keep records of our volunteers and contact them with news updates, requests for help, volunteer assignments and other information regarding the Whitchurch Community Swimming Pool
  • Records of interest in joining our mailing list

WCSP does not intend to share your data with any Third Parties.

How do we store your data?

We take the security and privacy of your personal data very seriously. We store your personal data on secure servers that are located in EU countries that comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws. We use storage that supports encryption, firewalls, and other technical measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to WCSP processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that WCSP transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
